Emotion Check Function

The emotion check function records four emotions (joy, anger, sadness, pleasure) on a scale of 0-10.

How to Use

Select "Emotion Check"

Tap the "Emotion Check" button from the main screen.

Rate Each Emotion

Rate joy, anger, sadness, and pleasure from 0-10 respectively. Input intuitively without overthinking.

Add Comment (Optional)

You can record the situation and feelings at that time as a comment.

Review Results & Reflect

Check emotional balance with graphs and record insights and reflections using the reflection function.

Mental State Check Function

The mental state check function records your mental state using 4 indicators.

Vitality, motivation, physical well-being

List View

Display records in chronological order. View from newest records first.

Edit comments and reflections from past records. Emotion and state values cannot be changed.

Delete Records

Delete unnecessary records. Please note that deleted records cannot be restored.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data safe?

Yes, all data is stored only on your device and never transmitted externally. Password protection features also secure your data safely.

What should I do if I forget to record?

Missing recording days is not a problem. Resume from the next day. Don't seek perfection - continuing is what matters. You cannot add past records retroactively, but restart when you notice.

Can I record the same emotions multiple times?

Yes, you can record multiple times per day. Record at any timing like morning and evening, or when emotions change. All records are utilized in analysis.

I don't understand how to assign values

There's no perfect standard. Evaluate based on your own criteria. For example, consider the happiest you've ever felt as 10, and when you feel nothing as 0. Your standard will naturally establish itself as you continue.

I forgot my password

If you set security questions during password setup, you can reset through "Forgot Password" by answering the questions. If you also forgot security questions, unfortunately you cannot access the data.

Notifications don't come

Check "Kanjou+" notification settings in iOS Settings app. Confirm notifications are allowed and check that notifications are enabled in reminder settings.
